A1 There is 12 months warranty on Table Pagers, Watches and Displays.
 
Q2 What happens if I lose a Table Pager? BACK TO TOP
A2 New ones can be purchased. Instructions on ‘matching’ it to your existing display or watches are included.
 
Q3 What is the range? BACK TO TOP
A3 The range is dependant on the environment it’s installed in. Generally 40-60 meters in a restaurant or 400 meters for outside venues. For greater distances amplifiers can be purchased.
 
Q4 How many watches or Table Pagers can be used with the system? BACK TO TOP
A4 The LED screens can manage 99 Table Pagers. The watch system can manage 999 Pagers and 999 watches.
 
Q5 Can the system be programmed to allow waiter sections? BACK TO TOP
A5 Yes, by using different watches a restaurant can have an unlimited number of sections.
 
Q6 Can the system be integrated into another point of sale system? BACK TO TOP
A6 No, the system is stand alone.

A7 On average the Table Pager batteries have to be changed every 3 months. The watch batteries every 3 weeks.

A8 Yes, they are water resistant.

A9 Yes, statistical data can be recorded for management review.
 
Q10 How can I prevent the Table Pagers from being stolen? BACK TO TOP
A10 They are supplied with an adhesive 3M tape that can be secured to tables.
 
Q11 What happens if the system doesn’t work? BACK TO TOP
A11 Firstly check the batteries. If there is still a problem disconnect the power from the display, wait 10 seconds and then reconnect. If the system still doesn’t work ring the support line 1300 367 177.
 
Q12 Can I add Table Pagers or watches later? BACK TO TOP
A12 Yes all the components are interchangeable.
