Testimonials

"The biggest problem I faced was how to stop client complaints about needing assistance and getting no response, especially during the night. Why? They were either being ignored or my night staff were sleeping, either way it could not be tolerated. I would get up at 3.00 a.m. on a random basis just to go and check that the carers were awake. More than a few lost their jobs or were taken off night duty.

We have up to 35 clients at any one time who are at risk of choking, seizures, sleep apnoea and falling out of bed to name a few. Now with the implementation of CARE I know that all my clients are checked hourly through the night and are responded to when they call for assistance and if they aren’t, I know the who and the when and I only need to learn the why.

Now I can sleep at night knowing my patients are regularly checked and responded to when they call for assistance."
